Role:
The Change Manager - MD role at State Street is an exciting challenging and highly visible role supporting the senior leaders within Corporate Services Organizations (Risk Finance Treasury etc.) as they work to transform their teams into global functional based groups. This role partners with senior executives to instill a culture of risk excellence and collaborating with business leads to provide strategic direction strategy and project management oversight and governance to support the current and future business objectives..
Responsibilities:
    \t
  • \t\tSupport and advise the strategic planning business process transformation and program / change management processes across a variety of strategic functional and operational areas.
  • \t
  • \t\tDevelop and consistently enhance program teams including Centers of Excellence to achieve consistent global operational processes.
  • \t
  • \t\tMaintain relationships and oversight of geographically dispersed change management teams to ensure clear strategic vision and roadmap strong communication execution against guiding principles and quality program delivery.
  • \t
  • \t\tDevelop and continuously improve operational processes methodologies and processes to ensure constant enhancing to the quality of program delivery.
  • \t
  • \t\tManage a large diverse global team including direct and indirect individuals and teams. Set strategic direction and work with individual teams to manage performance results.

  • \t\tPartner with business leaders corporate support areas and information technology to ensure alignment on highly technical regulatory project outcomes.

  • \t\tMentor coach and advocate for team members. Build strong global teams that can continuously adapt and effectively deliver programs.

  • \t\tBe a constant advocate for strong risk management
Qualifications:
    \t
  • \t\t15+ years of relevant change management experience including financial services and FORTUNE 100 companies
  • \t
  • \t\tPrior experience in leading large complex projects resources and deadlines within a dynamic/complex environment
  • \t
  • \t\tDemonstrated ability to manage change in complex global businesses with measurable results
  • \t
  • \t\tStrong executive presence. Ability to build key relationships and influence senior leadership
  • \t
  • \t\tExcellent communication and presentation skills
  • \t
  • \t\tAbility to influence without authority including more senior executives to ensure initiatives are delivered as designed.

  • \t\tHighly motivated proactive and results driven
  • \t
  • \t\tBachelor's degree with MBA CPA or equivalent
