The Finance Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis will reside in the MD Supply Chain Finance Home Office organization. He/she will be directly responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements in the area of inventory, budget management and reporting & analytics. These improved capabilities will be a requirement in establishing the MD Supply Chain Principal COE structure. He/she will also be a key player in shaping and influencing this new principal structure. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for driving process improvements as identified in the MD Home Office Playbook.
He/she will provide direct support to the newly created OneMD Supply Chain Leadership Team, which includes support to the Product Management, S&D and regional leads. He/she will also support key Supply Chain Leadership Team initiatives such as developing processes and analytics around regional spending and supporting special projects.
He/she will work closely with the MD Finance segment leads to ensure financial targets are achieved and accurately reported. Additionally, he/she will also be responsible for the management and reporting of a $50MM admin budget.
The Finance Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis has high visibility and will interact with finance members from each of the MD Franchises. He/she will also be a main contact for MD Supply Chain Performance COE team and will also be directly reporting to this role will be a team of two Senior Financial Analysts and one FLDP. He/she will also handle special projects as required.
