This Finance Transformation Associate Partner - is expected to lead sales efforts for Financial Transformation Solutions. They will lead Request for Proposal (RFP) activities and other sales initiatives. The Finance Transformation Center of Competency (CoC) team is comprised of solutioning experts who are globally deployable. They are recognized as subject matter experts in all facets of finance transformation with demonstrable expertise in multiple end to end process areas such as record-to-report, source-to-pay, order-to-cash or plan-to-perform. Expertise in leading practice operating models is also important. Executive Consultants will have more than 5 years consulting experience in one or more specialized financial management consulting fields. Recognition in one of the fields is a plus. Experience in client need's identification, rapid finance assessment, sales cycle, engagement planning setting up and demonstrable results at closing the sale of Consulting engagements is required. This is a worldwide role and candidates should have the capability for extensive international travel.
The primary mission of the CoC is to facilitate the sale of Consulting engagements in the Finance function. The engagement durations may be short, so management skills covering a fluid workforce is required. Additionally, candidates should be able to seek opportunities to leverage complimentary services on their engagements and work effectively with multiple service lines while selling or expanding consulting services within an account. Candidates will have proven client relationship skills and experience with successful negotiations. Ideal candidates will have experience developing winning value-based proposals and have a track record of consistently exceeding aggressive sales and team utilization goals.Preferred candidates will have experience in one or more of the following industries: Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Telco, Retail, Oil & Gas, Energy.
