Accountemps is on the hunt for an success driven Financial Analyst to join an expanding company. We seek a candidate with a strong work ethic and a demonstrated competency in financial analysis. You will oversee financial modeling on multiple financial products and measure, analyze, and forecast performance in conjunction with operating plans in this role. We will be depending on you to advise management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives and prepare reports for management. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team serving as a key business partner in areas like forecasting, performance reporting, and expense management. Located in the Melbourne, Florida, area, this Financial Analyst role is a short term temporary employment opportunity. Major responsibilities - Facilitate effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and decision support - Drive the business planning and strategy process - Provide analytical support during New Year readiness/Year End planning cycle - Work closely with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close process - Uncover the influencing factors that are driving performance and trends - Drive monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required - Become competent in and apply econometric and statistical methods to forecasting - Assess potential risks and opportunities and research performance - Work closely with cross-functional partners in Accounting, Recruiting, People and Operations to execute against plans - Become rooted within the Marketing and Customer Success organizations. Establish trust and quickly understand the key drivers of the business, economic trends and core metrics - Support weekly, quarterly and annual Area/Segment level Bookings and P L forecasting - Operate with key senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, event tracking and execution, strategic resource allocation, and prioritization - Track monthly and quarterly performance through comparison of actuals versus expectations and enable business partners to handle their resources in the best way possible
