Financial Analyst Accountemps is looking for a zealous Financial Analyst to be part of a thriving company in the manufacturing industry. We are seeking a Financial Analyst who has internal drive and strong potential for growth and development. In this position, the Financial Analyst will conduct financial modeling on various financial products as well as have responsibility for measuring, analyzing, and forecasting performance in conjunction with operating plans. As part of a dynamic team, this Financial Analyst will be a key business partner in areas including forecasting, performance reporting, and expense management. Responsibilities: - Manage monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required - Research performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities - Create effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and recommendation support - Work next to senior executives on long-term deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, event tracking and execution, strategic resource allocation, and prioritization - Perform extensive research on the underlying internal and external drivers that are affecting performance and trending - Keep up weekly, quarterly and annual Area/Segment level Bookings and P L forecasting - Work with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close process - Provide analytical support during New Year readiness/Year End planning cycle - Become competent in and apply econometric and statistical methods to forecasting - Become rooted within the Marketing and Customer Success organizations. Establish trust and quickly understand the key drivers of the business, economic trends and core metrics - Drive the strategy and business planning process - Review annual performance by comparing actual results to their expectations
