Accountemps is on the hunt for an enthusiastic Financial Analyst to join an expanding company. We seek someone who has internal drive and strong potential for professional growth and development. You will manage financial modeling on a range of financial products as well as measure, analyze, and forecast performance in conjunction with operating plans in this position. We will also rely on you for advising management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives and preparing reports for management. As a team member, you will serve as a key business partner in areas like forecasting, performance reporting, and expense management. Your responsibilities: - Work closely with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close process - Empower effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and decision support - Provide analytical support during New Year readiness/Year End planning cycle - Maintain weekly, quarterly and annual Area/Segment level Bookings and P L forecasting - Acquire a knowledge of and apply econometric and statistical methods to forecasting - Track monthly and quarterly performance through comparison of actuals versus expectations and enable business partners to handle their resources in the best way possible - Become lodged within the Marketing and Customer Success organizations. Build trust and quickly understand the key drivers of the business, economic trends and core metrics - Drive monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required - Analyze performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities - Work closely with business partners in Accounting, Recruiting, People and Operations to execute against plans - Operate with key senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, event tracking and execution, strategic resource allocation, and prioritization - Understand and explain internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending - Drive the strategy and business planning process
