Are you an articulate, highly organized Financial Analyst looking to put your skills to the test? Are you efficient at measuring, analyzing, and forecasting performance in conjunction with operating plans and conducting financial modeling on a wide range of financial products? What a day in the life of a successful Financial Analyst might look like: - Manage and organize strategy and business planning processes - Recognize potential risks and opportunities while analyzing performance to date - Track of monthly and quarterly performance by comparing actuals versus expectations to ensure business partners handle their resources in the best way possible - Work alongside cross-functional partners in Accounting, Recruiting, People, and Operations to ensure plans are properly executed - Drive P L forecasting and Area/Segment level Bookings on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis - Develop a strong understanding of econometric and statistical methods to apply to forecasting - Drive monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and if any actions are required - Have a thorough understanding of internal and external drivers and be able to explain how they are impacting performance and trending - Work alongside senior executives on strategic deep dives to create financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, event tracking and execution, Campaign Planning Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, and strategic resource allocation, and prioritization - Become placed within the Marketing and Customer Success organizations. Establish trust and quickly develop an understanding of the key drivers of business, economic trends and core metrics - Collaborate with the Accounting team on the monthly and quarterly financial close process - The ideal candidate should be a highly flexible individual who is adept at managing expectations and comfortable with handling large amounts of information - Deliver valuable foresight and decision support by enabling effective Business Intelligence (BI) - Provide methodical support within the New Year readiness/Year End planning cycle If you are an interested Financial Analyst, please send your resume directly to or call us at 714.450.9837
