The Financial Analyst will have responsibility for providing financial and analytical support for the expansion and Modernization projects. The right individual for this role is a proven capital or construction project financial accounting and analyst with a passion toward operational excellence, great attention to detail, and a proven ability to work with senior leadership Responsibilities: #149; Effectively establish a finance business partnership with the real estate construction management team. #149; Reconciliation of project costs to GL, project forecasting and risk analysis. Work directly with accounting to understand GL entries and confirm proper accounting treatment of project expenses. #149; Understanding and forecasting impact of change orders and other project elements against the project budget. #149; Provide financial modeling and analytical support related depreciation calculations and other P L impact of capital project. #149; Analyzing, synthesizing and translating data into key strategic inputs and insights that will drive strategic decision making within the Finance and Facilities organizations. #149; Assist in creation and presentation of project status to the executive management.
