The Financial Planning group works closely with the head of finance, the CFO and our internal clients in both structured and ad hoc manner. The team provides executive management with financial reports that demonstrate the underlying business performance in an accurate and digestible manner.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide financial support to the Global Business Consulting organization
  • Results analysis
  • Communication of monthly financials and key variance drivers
  • Processing Journal Entries
  • Providing client financial reporting
  • Planning and forecasting
  • Cost benefit analysis
  • Driving initiatives within the team, providing support and guidance to team members
  • Understanding of accounting flows
  • Interaction with the HQ finance team on a regular basis during close and forecasting periods
  • Managing business partner and customer expectations
  • Strong emphasis on communication, organization and interpersonal skills, as this is a fast paced, results oriented environment that is in constant daily interaction with various groups within and outside the organization
