Job Description

The primary purpose of this position is to provide financial analysis, research and resolution to financial activities for to
impact policy, practice, controls. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of Rite Aid's brand
and strategy and adhere to our core values and service attributes.


The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:

  • Conduct special studies to analyze financial actions and prepare recommendations for policy, procedure,
    control, or action

  • Analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance

  • Evaluate profit plans, operating records, financial statements and ensure contract compliance

  • Direct preparation of studies, reports, analyses, and recommendations in areas such as budgets, forecasts,
    financial plans, statistical reports, and business forecasts

  • Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendationsregarding financial plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts

Experience / Requirements
  • Three (3) years' of experience in Accounting or auditing required
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Accounting or Finance required
