Overview of business area or project:

- A role in the global Group Controlling team with senior management exposure, providing transparent and reliable information to the Executive Board, the Board of Directors and other stakeholders and optimizing the use of financial resources
- Active involvement in projects related to design of new reports, system enhancements, standard setting across the firm and to enable the offering of greater transparency over the financial results, trends, performance indicators and efficiency measures as well as outward communication
- Close collaboration with divisional and regional finance teams around the globe as well as with subject matter experts in matters such as capital management, Treasury, Financial Accounting
- Individual may perform additional duties and responsibilities that management deems necessary from time to time

Key Responsibilities:

- Monthly and Quarterly MIS Closing and Reporting
- Production of Group Performance reporting deliverables such as monthly ExB/BoD reports, weekly Group Performance report, and etc.
- Review of published Financial reports and Time Series
- Monthly and Quarterly MIS view of Headcount reports

Overview of department/team:

4 people team in Raleigh with close collaboration with team in Pune and Zurich under Group Reporting team

Essential skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, preferably in Business Administration and/or Finance;
- Eagerness to learn, focused on continuous improvements of the current process governance and execution, including enhancing tools and systems
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical and qualitative skills
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Polished interpersonal and written skills; an ability to present complex ideas and key messages effectively to senior audiences
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel. Skills in Hyperion Essbase a must
- Controlling experience in a multinational financial institution is a plus
- A positive attitude, customer focused and willingness to go the extra mile during peak times
- Excellent analytical skills

Years of Experience suggested:

3 or more years of financial industry experience in finance or accounting preferred
