Develops and provides financial reports and analysis through the use of various administrative systems.  Responsible for ensuring integrity of financial data and uses data to project anticipated results. Performs a variety of financial studies to analyze and report interrelationships of financial information. Effectively communicates complex data to management and key stakeholders. Will eventually become an internal expert regarding the inter-relationships of the various administrative systems and the data they provide.



  • Prepare financial reports by downloading information from single or multiple sources; compile databases and formulate spreadsheets.
  • Analyze a variety of complex financial data, determine accuracy, explain actual vs. forecast variances, draw conclusions & make recommendations
  • Work closely with key stakeholders within multiple departments to determine reporting needs and possible factors impacting financial results.
  • Develop and provide reports as needed by business and management.
  • Effectively interpret and communicate analysis of financial data to stakeholders


  • Advanced usage in MS Access and MS Excel is critical., SQL experience is a plus.
  • Working understanding of Life and Annuity products.
  • Strong business analytical abilities, attention to detail  and organizational skills
  • Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others
  • Ability to perform responsibilities in a demanding and fast paced environment
  • Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Business related field.
