The Financial Analyst Global HR will provide financial support to the Global Human Resources organization. He/she will provide financial guidance for all/portion of the global HR operating expenses (>$500MM) and headcount.  A portion of the role will also focus on providing financial guidance on optimizing the global HR spend as part of the ES&P initiative. The successful candidate will provide financial support for various ad-hoc analysis/requests and is expected to develop/improve processes to manage the global HR operating budget and headcount. He/she will also assist in managing financial targets by working and collaborating with cross sector and multi-regional business partners. 
Additionally, he/she is expected to compile executive management packages for members of the HR Executive Committee with exposure to high-levels of HR and Finance management.  He/she will be working in a fast paced environment and this involves providing quarterly spend updates and business forecast updates, and the individual must ensure compliance requirements are met.  

  • A minimum of a Bachelor degree is required; preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance. 
  • A minimum of one year of experience in finance and/or accounting is required  
  • A CPA, CMA or other financial certification is preferred.
  • Candidate must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in consolidations and international budget support are also preferred.
  • The candidate should be able to work collaboratively with finance & HR business partners in other regions/sectors.  
  • Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint is required and SAP general ledger skills are preferred.
  • The candidate should be able to think creatively, maintain and improve business processes while working in a dynamic cross-cultural team environment. 
  • Individual must work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively take on leadership roles.
  • This position is located in New Brunswick, NJ.
