Under moderate supervision of the Finance Director and Manager, performs various financial analyses for TheraCom operations as well as develop, test and implement reporting to management to ensure revenues and expenses are monitored and operational issues relative to finance are highlighted and addressed.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Reporting and analysis of Service Level metrics (SLA's) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI"s) for Transactional Finance processes (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Customer Rebates and others), in order to facilitate marked improvement in process efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Manages documentation of processes and root cause analysis of process issues.
  3. Analyzes monthly business unit and functional financial statements and operating expenses.
  4. Prepares and presents monthly financial analysis and reports to Senior Leadership.
  5. Generates monthly forecast, annual budget, and long range plan to share with Business Leads and partners.
  6. Recommends, develops and prepares enhancements to AR related policies and procedures needed to support the program.
  7. Interacts and partners with business segments teams to gather and compile data needed to conduct analyses, identify trends and/or address senior management requests.
  8. Create, document and test AR related system tickets and any ongoing maintenance required.
  9. Generates ad hoc analysis reports as needed.
  10. Performs related duties as assigned.



Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of two (2) to four (4) years directly related and progressively responsible experience or a Master's Degree.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Knowledge of various financial management areas such as credit and collection principles, commercial credit, uniform commercial code, financial statement analysis, business law, plan development, productivity and profitability analysis.
  2. Understanding of ABC policies, philosophy, goals and objectives in order to affect financial oversight in protecting the company's assets.
  3. Working knowledge of accounting and planning software packages.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  5. Strong interpersonal skills
  6. Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  7. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
  8. Ability to follow and interpret profit and loss statements
  9. Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
  10. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
