In this exciting you will support the Project Manager coordinating and managing the delivery of all financial deliverables for the MeF IS project. Understand the IBM GBS Public Sector Earned Value Management System and Micro-Frame Program Manager (MPM) tool utilized for EVM reporting. Create and maintain detailed Microsoft Excel spreadsheets containing staffing detail as input into MPM for the Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled (BCWS) and Estimate to Complete (ETC). Generate monthly EVM reports to be sent to the IRS including development of draft variance explanations. Assist with the development of the project's execution budget and annual Fall Plan. Coordinate change request (UWR) sizing activity for MeF IS and price case development based on the sizings.
