Job Description
PricewaterhouseCoopers Financial Education Practice, which is part of the Private Company Services (PCS) practice, specializes in employee group financial education, counseling and benefits communication.

Position/Program Requirements
Basic Qualifications:

Demonstrate direct experience working and leading teams, participating in daily call center operations on-site in Denver, CO, and providing quality deliverables and balancing multiple assignments in a deadline driven, fast-paced, changing environment.
Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge of and ability to keep current on individual tax law changes and financial planning knowledge.
Demonstrate willingness and/or proven experience working 15% minimum overtime, including concentrated periods of 10-12 hour working shifts and some weekends during the course of the year as client/project needs warrant them.
Demonstrate willingness to work within a call center office and/or location, maintaining office hours in conjunction with assigned call center shifts that include, but is not limited to, the following: 7:00 am MT-4:00 pm MT, 8 am MT
- 5 pm MT ; and/or 9:00 am MT -6:00 pm MT.

Demonstrate willingness and/or proven experience with being reassigned from one shift to another as business needs warrant, and at certain times of the year.
Demonstrate the ability to use with proficiency Microsoft office suite (i.e., Microsoft Project, Excel, Word) to facilitate call-center related assignments, including the building of spreadsheets to support tax calculations, financial planning projections and/or summaries, and compilation of data for various reports; drafting of benefit summaries and other business memoranda; creating and revising of presentations.
Demonstrated ability and willingness to conduct up to 10% of travel on business and/or client-related assignments, as necessary.

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 3 years of individual tax and/or financial planning and counseling

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Certification(s) Preferred: CPA, CFA, CFP, and/or JD

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates thorough knowledge of, and/or a proven track record of success leading, teams and/or operations and customer service standards within a results-driven environment that include, but are not limited to, the following:

Supervision and training of less experienced staff, providing feedback and constructive comments for further staff development;
Contribute to team effectiveness, efficiency, process improvement opportunities and related measurement metrics;

Management of workloads and maintenance of performance metrics; and,
Achievement of success against measurement metrics (e.g. actual results versus target, Call center customer satisfaction surveys, et al).

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates thorough abilities to apply thorough knowledge of, and respond to questions from various clients about, the following:
Individual tax compliance and financial planning areas that include, but are not limited to, budget preparation, debt management, retirement planning

investments, estate preparation and/or planning.
Preparation and production of, as well as compliance with, Form 1040 and Form K-1.
Preparation and/or review of Form 1040 and State Income Tax returns using information provided by the client and/or employer.
Demonstrated thorough ability to utilize effectively written and verbal business communication skills when interacting with clients and firm staff and/or management in a professional business services environment, including developing reference materials for call center counselors and conducting difficult conversations with ease.
