The Financial Reporting Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and preparing relevant information related to our reports filed with the SEC on Forms 10-Q and 10-K. In addition to these responsibilities, this individual will handle special projects as assigned.
+ Initial preparation/input of financial statements, tables, supporting notes, and documentation and any other relevant information for SEC reporting
+ Review XBRL tagging for accuracy
+ Assist Investors Relations in preparation of the press release, conference calls, scripts and Board Letters as needed
+ Work closely with global Consolidations teams to ensure completeness and integrity of financial information used in SEC reporting
+ Responsible for the review of Weighted Average Shares and Earnings Per Share calculations
+ Responsible for GAAP and SEC Reporting Checklists
+ Handle special projects as assigned
+ Understanding of SEC, FASB, GAAP, and other regulatory guidelines, policies and processes.
+ XBRL familiarity
+ Strong attention to details, strong analytical and organizational skills
+ Assertive nature/self-starter
+ Some overtime required
+ CPA Certification
+ 5 plus years of Accounting Experience
+ 2 plus years Public Accounting
+ 3-5 plus years of External Reporting Experience
