  • This is a full-time position in our El Paso, Texas location.
Hours:
Following a 10 to 12 week training program (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM MST, Monday - Friday), each new member will be placed on one of the following schedules based on business requirements:

All schedules are Monday through Friday MST:
  • 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM to 6:00PM
  • 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Qualifications:
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of customer or financial services experience preferred
  • Bilingual Fluency required (English and Spanish)
  • Proficient PC and keyboarding skills with ability to multi-task with different applications
  • Flexibility with your schedule; although you will have a regular assigned shift
  • Must be receptive to change and detailed performance feedback
  • Data entry skills and Window-based applications knowledge is required
  • Proven record of dependability
  • Upon completion of training and achievement of objectives, Prudential offers many flexible work arrangements including work from home opportunities
  • Prior experience in a call center environment is a plus
  • Prior experience in a financial services company is a plus
  • Series 6 or 63 qualification a plus
