Adecco seeks experienced trainers for 4-6 month long project for local reputable Tempe client!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualified applicants will possess financial background and understanding of financial terminology.

Plans, conducts, coordinates and implements a comprehensive training program for approximately 25 staff specialist.

Training components will be geared toward new hires.

Prepares new representatives by conducting orientation to service processes, developing
individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance ongoing training.

Determines training needs by observing employees; studying results; conferring with management.

Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.

Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.

Brief info on the role...
*Facilitate training workshops incorporating proven adult learning techniques. Schedule and track completions using Learning Management System.
*Revise, modify, and improve existing solutions including but not limited to Participant and Facilitator Guides, Job Aids, and Quick Reference Guides.
*Evaluate the effectiveness of training solutions using participant and stakeholder feedback.
*Manage time and deliverables through proper planning and execution using automated tools to communicate.
*Work professionally with clients (internal and external) associates & callers

In English: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents; respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers; effectively present information to a diverse population.
Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts to make fiscally responsible decisions and/or recommendations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to set priorities for work based on workloads and deadlines.

Hours are:
Monday - Friday 830am-5pm
Pay Rate: $28.00/per hour

***Paid travel to Michigan required for training.
