  • Minimum of 8 years relevant industry experience (business design, design strategy, business, or brand strategy consulting) 
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in change management, operational improvement and metrics consulting as well as industry knowledge 
  • Minimum of 8 years of digital experience and seep understanding of design including user-centered approaches

  • MBA preferred 
  • Participation in business development from lead generation through proposal writing and proposal delivery
