Under direct supervision of the Fleet Manager - Asset & Value Management, the Fleet Asset Analyst is responsible for regional asset utilization, capital ordering, disposing, transferring, and planning of replacements. This position will also assist with CAR creation, warranty, equipment rentals, grants, and support Live Positively objectives for fleet.

Coordinates and responsible for the tracking of all capital assets, purchases, disposals, transfers, warranty, and activities as required for the region(s) and supports standard operating procedures and policies to manage fleet assets and equipment effectively and efficiently to lower the total cost of ownership.

Coordinates and builds relationships with vendors to ensure that CCR fleet specifications are clearly defined, to manage order/delivery information, to ensure prompt payment of invoices and to solve customer service issues.

Responsible for data entry standardsof CCR Fleet assets into Fleet asset management systems, also suggests and supports practices to provide consistency throughout North America. Responsible for master data creation in MAXIMO and SAP, including assets and parts data, compliant with industry standards and CCR needs.

Assists with building asset management modeling tools based on total cost of ownership. Advanced in use of database architecture, spreadsheet construction and statistical modeling.

Responsible to work with Fleet Management and Live Positively teams to ensure adherence initiatives, goals and objectives to reduce the company's carbon footprint.

Responsible to generate and process all Capital Authorization Requests (CAR) and coordinate CAR activities with leadership. Assists with financial accounting ensuring that capital IOs are reconciled back to orders, Fleet orders remain within approved budgets and regular financial reconciliations occur to complete capital projects.

Technical Skills

Education

High School Diploma and some college required
Associate Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Experience

Minimum Preferred: 3 years fleet experience
Preferred Level: 5 years fleet experience
