Responsible for general clerical duties in the Fleet Department, which will primarily include the organization of incoming data.  Also responsible for maintaining computerized fleet analysis by keeping Maximo records current and accurate.   
1.    Maintain accurate vehicle data with Maximo for Fleet, along with running various Maximo reports.        
       a.    Prepare parts reports        
       b.    Work order input 
2.    Maintain accurate & up-to-date vehicle files. 
3.    Prepare accounts payable submissions to Shared Services for approval by BU Fleet Manager.        
       a.    Maintain A/P vendor list. 
4.    Annual Safety training 
5.    Local vehicle licensing & distribution of registrations. 
6.    Prepare necessary purchase orders 
7.    Reconcile P-card statements 
8.    Other general clerical duties        
       a.    Telephone        
       b.    Filing

       High School Diploma required
