Floating Requirements:

This position is focused on floating between the MICU and SICU. Any other floating will be done per the hospital needs and in line with the skills and experience of the Nurse. The RN will only be floated to areas for which they are qualified and competent.

Position is built on a 12-hour day shift, 36 hours/week with an every other weekend typical rotation.

Pay Incentive: $3.50 per hour Float Pool Differential
