Exeter Hospital is a vibrant 100 bed acute care hospital located in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire. In this role, you will be directing and participating in all of the daily operations for AYR for patient meals, full-service Café with 1.5M in sales, and catering with 92 thousand in sales. Responsibilities will include: cash handling/management, billing of charge backs, marketing/signage, scheduling, inventory/ordering, training and development of staff, direct customer interaction Hours for the position are **rotating shifts 6:30, 9:30 and 10:30 as well as rotating holidays and every fourth weekend rotation.**
The successful candidate will possess at least 2-3 years food management experience with a focus on financials, patient and retail operations, a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines, computer literacy as well as excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills. Prior experience using LEAN Six Sigma methodology is a plus as well as ServeSafe certified.

Provides supervision for multi-functional food service areas at an account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the Company. Contributes to account revenue and operating profit through the implementation of Sodexo programs while executing against Standard Operating Procedures.
