Adecco Group has a current job opportunity for a Foreclosure File Reviewer/Quality Assurance Analyst in Jacksonville, FL
2+ month contract
A Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, performing in-line quality assurance reviews of the work produced by the Claims Researcher I, II and III's in the Foreclosure Review Organization. Ensure that all required processes and procedures were followed; system of record notated, documentation available/imaged and appropriate borrower communication (verbal and written) was performed accordance to SD Directives/Internal Operating Procedures. Provide Quality Assurance Reviews for claim research work performed in the course of the Independent Foreclosure Review, as directed by the Independent Consultant.
Requires review of claim research performed in response to borrower submissions, following
3+ years of Default Servicing experience (Foreclosure, Loss Mitigation, Bankruptcy, and/or Loan Modification)
7 years of Mortgage Servicing experience
College degree/paralegal certificate preferred
