Position Summary:CVS Health has a great opportunity for a Senior Manager FP&A Retail Pharmacy. This finance function is focused on managing a team of analysts in support of the Pharmacy Gross Margin department. This position is responsible for budgeting, forecasting and monthly analysis for CVS Retail Pharmacy Gross Margin. This person interacts with Pharmacy Operations, Merchandising Department, Inventory Department and Managed Care Department. A strong understanding of Financial/Corporate Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting and accounting is required. Superior analytical and communication skills are equally important in this role, as this position will be interacting with senior management on a regular basis. This is a key role in providing senior management with the information it needs to make critical business decisions.
The following skills are required to be successful in the role:
•Ability to develop accurate logical forecasts and recommendations with a strong supporting business case that reflect the strategic direction and overall business trend related to the Pharmacy business
•Extensive knowledge of workstation software: Excel or spreadsheet, Word or document, Access or database, PowerPoint or graphics
•Proven ability to perform well and with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines
•Strong organizational skills and the proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
•Excellent analytical skills, communication skills with all levels, and the ability to work independently and as a team player
•Team building skills, an ability to partner across departments to drive decision making
•Strong leadership skills, able to develop his or her staff
• Minimum of 5 Years of Financial Planning ExperiencePreferred Qualifications:- Prior management experience developing, coaching and training of staff is preferred
- MBA preferredEducation: Bachelors degree required.
