Adecco Group has an immediate opening for a contract/temp-to-hire position as a Fraud Analyst for a customer located in Newark, DE 19711!!
The Fraud Analyst will review customer accounts for the prevention and detection of fraud.
Research and analysis of account activity to assess levels of risk and fraud type
Inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
Research and resolution of fraudulent activity
Working in a fast paced, call center environment
Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience of call center/customer service
Previous experience with fraud claims a plus
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
Dependable with excellent attendance record
Flexibility to work overtime or schedule changes as needs arise
Critical thinking and good sound judgment
Self-motivated and goal oriented
Training: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm (first 4 weeks)
Shift Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, 10:30am to 9pm
