A real estate firm in Westwood is looking for a temporary to full time Receptionist/Office Assistant. This role reports into the Senior Executive Assistant. As the Receptionist/Office Assistant you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include but are not limited to the following: answering a multiline phone, responsible for maintaining the appearance of the lobby area, ordering office and kitchen supplies (including weekly Trader Joe's and post office runs), processing mail, preparation of monthly expense reports for senior staff members, event planning and special projects as assigned. The ideal Receptionist will have a professional demeanor, knowledge of general business procedures and strong attention to detail skills. You will have access to sensitive and confidential information and will be the first point of contact for incoming guests and clients. At least one year of professional experience is preferred as is a Bachelor's degree. Excellent customer service skills. This company is preparing for an office move to Century City in the beginning of the new year so you must be OK with a commute to Century City. You will also be involved in the scanning of documents to prepare for the office move. Down the road you may be asked to become a Notary (the firm will pay for this) and we would also love someone who is interested in website design as you will assist with updating their intranet site. The full time salary is up to $45K, DOE with a full benefits package.
