Growing company in San Diego is looking to full-time a Front Desk Coordinator on a temporary basis. This Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for all front desk operations including but not limited to call handling (both inbound and outbound), greeting customers and clients, directing visitors and internal employees, document formatting, scheduling, and organizing the front desk area. Occasional tasks may include ordering office supplies and assisting with miscellaneous tasks around the office. This is a growing environment and there is always something new to learn or accomplish. This Front Desk Coordinator should be eager and ready to learn every day. Less than one year experience necessary. Some experience working in an administrative/office environment is a plus.
