OfficeTeam is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator for a Property Management Company in San Francisco's Financial District! Description: •Handling and screening incoming phone calls •Greet and guide incoming visitors and employees •Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the appropriate members in the office •Must be able to manage multiple phone lines •Scheduling the Client Meetings •Effectively manage the group calendar. •Proactively confirm and follow up with client calls •Office Maintenance to assure daily office operations run smoothly •Set up conference room for client meetings/Manage the stock of office supplies •Organized so that specific items can consistently be retrieved quickly while using electronic/non-electronic filing system and in Client Relationship Management software
