A real estate company is ready for a Front Desk Coordinator to join their team and manage the lobby area. This will include greeting and directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers. You will also ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures. The successful Front Desk Coordinator will also handle special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from department and executive assistants. Incoming phone call management may also be required, so experience with multi-line phone systems is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others is required.
