Front Desk Coordinator

The Facility Coordinator (FC) is the clients primary contact where there isn't an on-site resource. Responsibilities include performing a broad range of site-lead, technical and administrative responsibilities in support of Midstream corporate facility management processes and delivering a wide range of facility related customer service on a daily basis.. The Facility Coordinator will listen to the voice of the customer in order to ensure consistent service delivery. The Facility Coordinator must be a team player and work with Mobile Engineering Services, third party vendors, account team and all other necessary parties to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the master service agreement.
