OfficeTeam in Plano is working with an established company in Denton on a temporary to full time opportunity! This Front Desk Coordinator position is a blended role utilizing top notch Reception and Administrative support skills. The Front Desk Coordinator position is offering a pay between $15-17 depending on experience as a Front Desk Coordinator/Administrative Assistant. We are seeking friendly, ambitious and success-driven individuals who have a knack for making guests feel welcome as soon as they walk in the door! The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. This position is ideal for those who are seeking stability versus room for growth and can start a new position immediately. Job Duties: - Greet all incoming guests in an outgoing manner - Check in/sign in guests upon arrival and departure - Act as the "Director of First Impressions" - Schedule/Coordinate meetings and track them in Outlook Calendar - Create memos and participate in email correspondence - Support other departments as needed with any Administrative task - Support operations and training departments as needed
