Large office in Raleigh is seeking an energetic, organized candidate to perform general receptionist duties and clerical tasks, as well as provide secretarial support to staff. Receptionist will handle: -Managing telephone calls, visitors, and other front desk duties. -Coordinating in-coming and out-going shipping, deliveries and mail. -Navigating basic Microsoft applications and typing/editing office documents and correspondence. -Editing design specification documents (specs) to support our staff. -Coordinating daily office activities, such as ordering supplies, making arrangements for conferences and meetings, etc. -Assisting guests and vendors visiting the office. -Handling unexpected situations, problems, and deviations in the work of the office.
