OfficeTeam is looking to fill a temporary to hire front office administrative assistant. The Front Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering multi-line heavy volume and directing those calls to the right department, great multi-tasking skills, and excellent attention to detail, great Microsoft software skills especially in Microsoft Excel. The Front Office Administrative Assistant must have great communication and customer service skills, will be doing heavy data entry and clerical duties such as printing invoices, scanning, filing and getting deposits ready.
