Front Office Hosts are the “face of the hotel”, welcoming guests to our newly renovated and upscale 910 room luxury hotel. Front Office Hosts provide our guest with a warm welcome while striving for continued guest satisfaction leaving every guest with a desire to return to Hyatt.
Hosts are responsible for being courteous and showing care to guests throughout their stay, directly impacting the total guest experience. Front Office Hosts must be proficient with computer technology and will possess professional verbal skills. Duties include facilitating the guest arrival and departure process, reservations management and responding to guest requests and inquires. Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English are also required.
Front Office Hosts should be comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions and standing for long periods of time. Candidates must be available to work all shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Front Office Hosts are paid on an hourly basis with high potential for bonus commissions. Hospitality experience preferred but not required. Opera hotel software experience a plus.
