The FSOP Strategic Initiative Lead create and steward the implementation of the CCSWB go-forward vision and strategy for food service on premise and vending.  Manages the development and coordination of deployment for strategic initiatives related to FSOP and vending in all its forms (full service, FLO and self-fill) including business case development.


  • Supervise and monitor FSOP productivity, pulls FSOP target files.
  • Revise, evaluate and assign the sales effectiveness and success rates.
  • Define, evaluate and communicate target lists, creates penetration files, manages FSOP prospect pipeline and utilizes Outlet Universe Tool to identify opportunities.
  • Manages and monitors the channel investment trackers and code 10 and renewal pipeline, steward’s leads from Outlet Universe and tracks FSOP and vending initiatives.
  • Analyze, compile and consolidate FSOP outlet reporting inclusive of Micro Market Tracking, DP Tracking, ARTM and Business to Business.
  • Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
  • Provide a strategic direction and guidance for development and implementation of strategic initiatives within FSOP and vending.
  • Provide a comprehensive view and play a collaborative role between the commercial leadership organization (channels, category management, pricing, capabilities) and the FSOP, sales & operations organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships within the FSOP and vending community (suppliers, key partners, technology).


  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Master’s Degree desirable.
  • 2+ years of prior Manager experience in FSOP or Vending Business.
  • 2+ years of prior Manager experience on Sales.
  • Advanced English language required.
  • Previous experience in multi-tier distribution / channel sales and experience managing a sales pipeline & forecasts. Also, ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues is needed.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities and commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
