The FSOP Strategic Initiative Lead E-Commerce and RTM will design and implement E-Commerce, order method and delivery route to market strategy.  

 

  • Design and Communicate FSOP Channel Strategy in terms of RTM and e-commerce, in order to meet performance objectives, develop the channel and meet customer expectations.
  • Analyze and develop the RTM Channel needs in order to fulfill customers highest service level while growing profitability.
  • Design, manage and lead the E-Commerce process.  Innovates in E-Commerce platforms and tracks results and trends regularly for FSOP accounts engaging in E-Commerce.
  • Collaborate in the development of capabilities and training for the sales team in order to develop e-commerce and delivery route to market opportunities in FSOP channels.
  • Suggest new qualifying partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Master’s Degree desirable.
  • 4+ years of prior Manager experience on E-Commerce.
  • 3+ years of prior Manager experience on Sales.
  • Advanced English language required.
  • Previous experience in multi-tier distribution / channel sales and experience managing a sales pipeline & forecasts. Also, ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues is needed.
