Role Summary:

The Fulfillment Leader is responsible for on time delivery to internal and external customers by providing oversight, leadership and direction to the Norwich supply chain team to ensure operating plan targets are met.

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Build and develop customer relationships for internal and external customers.

+ Plan and implement projects for various customers.

+ Serve as primary customer contact for the Norwich site.

+ Facilitate reconciliation of customer questions and issues, OTD tracking and reporting

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities

+ Ability to interact with all levels of the organization

+ Participate in internal and external customer meetings.

+ Interact with commercial team to resolve external customer issues.

+ Work with all Unison facilities to provide hardware delivery commits to customer.

+ Work closely with stock room, final inspection, and shipping to resolve any issues with critical customer shipments.

+ Expedite critical customer orders and update customers on current status.

+ Observe and execute opportunities to ship product to help reduce inventory.

+ Work closely with order management and planning on identifying missed P.O,'s , alignment of ERP date to customer P.O. /portal and to resolve any shipment restrictions.

+ Provide documentation compliantly to customers as required.

+ Support Customer Programs by reconciling customer scorecards.

+ Work to resolve problem lots and receiving issues at customer site.

+ Generate and implement simplification/lean ideas to improve on time delivery performance across all customers.

+ Planning responsibilities as needed

+ Travel to customer facilities as necessary

+ Participate in GEAPS, VSS as required

Qualifications/Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing)

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain / Materials Planning and Execution or OMLP graduate

+ This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. GE will require proof of status prior to employment
