Robert Half Healthcare Practice is seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper with 5+ years of hands on bookkeeping experience! This Full-Charge Bookkeeper will be an essential contributor to the organization's overall accounting operations. As the Full-Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for the following: -Processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable -Managing bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations -Maintaining cash applications, account reconciliations and chargebacks -Assist with preparing the trial balance -Performing month-end closings -Payroll processing using PayChex or ADP -Interfacing with the accounts receivable, credit/collections and client purchasing departments -Addressing inquiries from employees and vendors -Communicating with customers regarding billing adjustments
