Full-Charge Bookkeeper Accountemps, a Robert Half company, has partnered with a locally owned management company to identify a highly skilled Full-Charge Bookkeeper for an incredible and diverse temporary to full-time opportunity. The Full-Charge Bookkeeper will work directly with the President of the organization to oversee the operational accounting and financial statement preparation of multiple subsidiary groups. This position will also serve as the Executive Assistant to the President and assist with many of the daily operations and scheduling for the parent company. The Full-Charge Bookkeeper's responsibilities will include but not be limited to: • Oversight of multiple ledgers and sub ledgers for the parent organization and subsidiaries • Preparation of financial statements including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements • Daily Bookkeeping and Bank Reconciliations • Preparation of weekly deposits • Oversight and processing of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll • Full Month End Close responsibilities including coordination between subsidiary entities • Some Human Resources responsibilities to include administering corporate benefit programs, 401k, and insurance • Facility maintenance duties including scheduling repairs, IT support, and ordering office supplies • Assisting executive team with travel, scheduling, and preparation for board meetings • Additional duties as required In this diverse role the Full-Charge Bookkeeper will take on a crucial role within the organization and can have expansive responsibilities for the right person.
