Senior Level Recruiter Wanted! Excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented senior level recruiter specializing in placing financial roles. We are looking to place a detail oriented, highly-skilled recruiter to help with full-cycle recruiting and other administrative duties at a reputable, locally based company in Seattle for a maternity leave position. How you will make an impact: Full cycle recruiting, be able to handle 25+ open reqs at a given time, including evaluating the need, sourcing, reviewing resumes, phone screening, assisting with setting up interviews, communicating with the hiring manager higher level executives, and helping the candidate through the interview process. The position would mainly be working on recruiting financial roles. What we're looking for: • Strong computer (Taleo, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Access) and Internet research skills • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills • Strong experience as a full cycle recruiter, preferably working on financial roles • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task This is a great career opportunity for you to directly support a large company and grow within the organization.
