The Managing Director will be responsible for several specific components of the Global Services Americas Revenue Management process. This may include aspects of client fee negotiations fee schedule setup production oversight and control through to client receivables management. The candidate must be flexible and comfortable in a "start-up" mode.
Responsibilities
Deliver Service Excellence
    \t
  • \t\tThis group will create an integrated Revenue Management operating model across Global Services Americas covering all client/product jurisdictions and operating centers
  • \t
  • \t\tInternal (and potentially external) point of escalation across all business lines for the Revenue Management process
  • \t
  • \t\tProactive internal leadership is required to bring this organization together and to find ways to optimize our end-to-end Revenue Management function
Optimize Service Solutions
    \t
  • \t\tStart by leveraging existing processes client knowledge scale technology footprint to craft the most efficient and effective end-to-end model
  • \t
  • \t\tBuild consistent metrics measurement and reporting identifying ways to enhance our service accuracy and timeliness
  • \t
  • \t\tEmphasis on applying and delivering on the BEACON value proposition as relates to Revenue Management
Accountability for Internal/External Client Satisfaction

  • \t\tFocus on specific action items related to improving service delivery and resolving service issues
Build the Future
    \t
  • \t\tGroup will be tasked to proactively engage with various stakeholders to build this centralized team and to improve controls and delivery
  • \t
  • \t\tDeliver upon the benefits of BEACON

  • \t\tEngage with internal clients on needs and capabilities
Qualifications
    \t
  • \t\tBA/BS degree required MBA preferred
  • \t
  • \t\tMultiple business line experience preferred
  • \t
  • \t\tA minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience (client facing operations Finance)
