Responsible for ensuring operational implementation of key business priorities. Completes analysis of key operational drivers. Identifies trends and makes recommendations on improvement opportunities. Assists with the planning/implementation of administrative, financial and operational activities for the assigned functional business.
Essential Job Functions
Responsible for planning, implementing and reviewing organizational wide operational activities, practices, procedures and initiatives driving business results. Serves as a liaison between Front Line Leaders and the Site Senior Leadership team to ensure the timely flow of information and iden tification of operational performance drivers. Anticipates organizational needs and partners with business leaders to develop solutions. Tracks and monitors progress of assigned projects, action items and operational direction to ensure strategic execution. Manages the execution and coordination of resources required for successful implementation. Assists Site Senior leadership on the creation of action plans in the areas of quality, customer service and operational effectiveness. Serves as an expert and advisor in operational practices and procedures. Represents the operation while working with outside constituencies on new initiatives and upcoming changes that will impact operations. Collaborates with other departments and outside business partners to ensure that upcoming projects are site specific needs and issues are considered in the recommendations and implementation of those projects. Performs other duties as assigned.
Job duties require some or all of the following physical activities: Standing, carrying/lifting up to 10 pounds, seeing and hearing, walking, reaching, pushing and pulling, and speaking, reading, and writing. May be required to spend long periods of time standing.
Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment. Includes occasional travel. May be required to work nonstandard hours/shifts.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of one year experience in Service Operations or the Claims department. Four years of experience in a customer service oriented environment. One year of supervisory experience or one year of QA coaching experience.
