Functional Safety Engineering Manager
Job Description
As part of Intel PSG Programmable Solutions Group Functional Safety team, you will be directly impacting the certification of key PSG products, targeting critical Intel growth markets such as autonomous driving. You will be responsible for the coordination of execution team across the different Intel organization and PSG team. As a manager, you will be responsible to: Plan and provide resource estimate for new developments. Identifies and analyzes problems, plans, tasks, and solutions. Supporting and Maintaining the process Lifecycle identified for Functional Safety activity. Provides guidance on employee development, performance, and productivity issues. Plans and schedules daily tasks, uses judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices.


Minimum Qualifications:
Master degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
More than 10 years of experience or equivalent in microelectronic field, preferred SoC and system design, team leadership and engineering team management.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of process lifecycle theory and processes adopted for HW and SW development in particular in microelectronic fields. Experience in Automotive and/or industrial Safety Related Application and related standards, in particular IEC 61508 and ISO 26262.
