Role & Responsibilities

This company has two temp-to-perm data analyst positions available supporting the Fund Administration and Investor Relations teams. The Fund Administration team services private equity and hedge fund feeder funds (the 'funds') in conjunction with third-party administrators. The Investor Relations team is responsible for processing subscriptions and other transactions, assisting clients with onboarding and responding to ongoing inquires and maintaining an accurate investor database.

Ideal candidates will have 5 years of experience in financial services with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Accounting experience is a plus. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist team with processing of subscription and other documents

  • Manage and maintain investor data

  • Respond to general client inquiries

  • Manage and maintain records of all documents processed

  • Reconciliation of data from both electronic and paper sources


  • Required Skills:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure

  • Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, demanding environment

  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications with a focus on Excel and Adobe Acrobat

  • Accounting background a plus

  • Associates degree or higher; Bachelor's degree preferred
