Funds Control Work Leader
* Assist with the supervision of daily operations, which includes but not limited to the settlement of all incoming and outgoing cash letters related to SVPCO, FRB, Endpoint Exchange, Correspondent banks. * The individual will be responsible for participating in department projects and conversions. Demonstrate an understanding of projects by communicating updates, procedural changes and training for the staff. * Evaluate, submit and implement process changes that provide improvements in quality, risk management, and productivity. * Motivate team to maintain a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the group. * Strong multi-tasking skills; ability to work under pressure and deadlines. * Must be open, adaptable to change and maintain a positive attitude. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Strong accounting and problem-solving skills. * Experienced leveraging technology, including PC applications Word, Excel, Access/Databases * Assist with the supervision of daily settlement of all Commercial Card, Government Card and Retail Card activity. * Successfully demonstrate understanding and ability to perform all critical functions within the Settlement Operations. * Responsibilities include maintaining Key performance measurements, department procedures, and providing support to internal and external customers. * The candidate will successfully demonstrate the ability to analyze, research, resolve and report variances and be customer service oriented.

* Associate Degree in Accounting or 2 years accounting experience. * 2 years of banking experience with emphasis on Accounting and Bank Operations * 3 years of reporting experience using Microsoft Excel/Access data analysis * 2 years of balancing, analytical, and problem solving skills
