Call Center Career Opportunities Comerica's Call Center (C3) has several types of positions you may be considered for including: - Inbound Customer Care Representative - Card Services Representative - Contact Center Sales Agent - Online Banking Agent These positions are responsible for contributing to the overall success of our National Contact Center by meeting or exceeding prescribed customer service levels and executing operational objectives. Each of these positions handles a high volume of in-bound calls or online messages in a fast paced environment. These positions require sitting for extended periods of time and using a standard headset while communicating with customers by phone or by email. Position Competencies Successful incumbents possess functional and technical skills, technical learning, problem solving skills, organization, are informing, action oriented, have a drive for results, listening skills, patience, composure and are focused on the customer. These Customer Contact Center (C3) positions are located at 975 S Opdyke, Auburn Hills, MI 48326 and reports to the Contact Center Supervisors. These positions have no direct reports. The Michigan Customer Contact Center is open from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, Monday-Friday and Saturday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. There are various work week schedules and shifts within C3. Travel Travel is not required of these positions. Card Services Representative & Inbound Customer Care Representative Position Responsibilities: Compliance/Operations - Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and Comerica's policies and procedures. Sales/Service - Provide remarkable customer service by handling inbound customer service calls, offering problem resolution, developing the consumer knowledge of products and communicating and documenting responses effectively. Meet or exceed individual productivity and quality referral goals. Card Services - Resolve customer disputes such as unauthorized card transactions, merchant processing disputes, authorization declines and ATM discrepancies. Troubleshoot and resolve Check Card processing issues with emphasis on customer service. Qualifications - High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) - 2 years customer service experience (3 years for Card Services Representative) - 2 years of retail, financial sales or call/contact center experience - 2 years Microsoft Windows applications, systems data entry and internet search experience Online Banking Representative & Sales Agent High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) - 3 years retail, financial sales or call/contact center experience - 3 years customer service experience - 2 years Microsoft Windows applications, systems data entry and internet search experience - 1 year conducting out- bound sales calls experience or 1 year of technical helpdesk experience *Comerica Bank* Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
