Receiving Clerk

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1- Oversee all inbound product¿Coordinates delivery schedules with common carriers and Purchasing Dept..
2- Inspects incoming material, verifying product counts via purchase orders, packing slips and invoices.
3- Maintains a high level of detail and administrative expertise. Auditing and validating all incoming deliveries, maintaining inventory records and prepare reports as needed.
4- Reports on vendor compliance, damage/discrepancy and sales returns.
5- Conforms to all appropriate purchasing policies and procedures, a timely communicator that updates all relevant parties as needed.
6- Analytical mindset able to prioritize work assignments.
7- Strong team member who contributes to the warehouse success as a whole.

Skills Required

1- Outlook/Email proficient; able to answer email requests in a competent and informative manner.
2- Solid communication skills, with the understanding and emphasis on Customer Service
3- Able to work alone, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
4- Comfortable working ¿hands-on¿ and able to lift 50-lb boxes from ground level
5- Motivated and willing to work to meet warehouse production goals
6- Forklift certified
