Integrally, this role includes tasks related to operating office equipment and completing general clerical work as part of its various administrative support tasks. The General Office Clerk is offered as a long term temporary role based in Chesapeake, Virginia. How you will make an impact - Offer a smile to incoming customers - Drafting correspondence that conform to prescribed style and format - Performing data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying and faxing - Deliver warm, hospitable customer service accurately according to appropriate time frames - As required, offer support on diverse employee projects - Offer, as needed, support to front desk and receptionist duties - Place and receive telephone calls
